Small diameter industrial fiber endoscope
Ultra fine diameter fiber endoscopes can detect narrow areas or restricted entrances such as 0.64mm, 2.4mm, or 4.1mm. Each model has an eyepiece focusing device to ensure that the operator's vision can adapt, and it can also be connected to CCTV and photographic equipment for image recording
Ultra fine diameter
A very small diameter flexible fiber endoscope (as small as 0.64 mm). Can be used for internal inspection of narrow diameter holes of 1 mm or slightly larger.
In some applications, the insertion holes in the detection area have size limitations, making it difficult to insert observation instruments. This requires the use of instruments with smaller diameter specifications than conventional models.
This instrument has an eyepiece focal length adjustment function to adapt to the vision of different observers, and can be connected to CCTV and photographic equipment to record and save images. Any Olympus light source can be selected for illumination in the detection area.

The diameters are 0.64 mm, 2.4 mm, and 4.1 mm (0.02 ", 0.09", and 0.16 "), and the lengths can reach up to 1.5 m (4.9 '), with a complete range of varieties.

-TF pipeline with excellent insertion capability
Most of the fiber endoscopes we produce use TF (Tapered Flex) tubing. Designed for inserting multi-directional curved pipes, the flexibility of the insertion tube gradually decreases from the height flexibility of the end to the rigidity of the controller part,. The result is that the fiber endoscope can easily pass through curved areas and right angled tubes. At the same time, the rigidity of the pipeline connecting the control part gradually increases to ensure the torsional strength after the first bending point, making insertion easier. The observation instruments using TF pipelines are labeled with trademarks below the instruments.
-Flexible end
These fiber endoscopes are all bidirectionally curved (except for IF6PD4).
-Fully waterproof insertion part
A fully waterproof insertion part used for underwater operations. Most models have control units designed to prevent dripping and leakage.
-Photo and video documentation materials
You can record videos or take photos by connecting a CCD camera or an Olympus digital camera.
-Depth marking line for inserting pipeline (IF4D5/4S5 only)
This is a depth mark every 25cm (10 ") from the end of the insertion pipe to determine the insertion depth.
